Excellent for a quick preparation of milk froth for cappuccino, café latte, hot chocolate, etc. Heat milk (ideally whole/semi-skimmed) to 60°C and pour it into a high narrow vessel. Submerge the whisk into the milk, turn it on and whisk until the froth becomes thick (15 to 20 seconds) turn the whisk off before removing it from the milk froth. Clean the stainless steel end under running water. Wipe the plastic handle with a moistened cloth. Do not wash in dishwasher. 3-year warranty. Requires 2 AA batteries – the batteries are not enclosed.
